SPAN Login
SPAN is the web-based program that will allow both parents and students to view progress reports as well as other data online.
Both parents and students can have their own passwords to access this information. Student's passwords were reset and have been distributed to the students. Parents must fill out a form requesting the account be set up. This form must be notarized or signed in front of school staff with a picture ID. See below for links to forms.
VERY IMPORTANT: SPAN communicates with users through their email accounts. It is very important to enter your email address when you first log into SPAN.
What to do if your password does not work:
** You will be locked out of your SPAN account if you try your password unsuccessfully 3 times.
** If your password does not work, (after the 1st failed attempt!) please use the password recovery link on the SPAN login page and a new password will be sent directly to your email immediately. This is the quickest way to recover a password and not get locked out and is the reason entering the email address is so important. If password recovery does not work fill out the SPAN Repair Sheet and bring it in to Student Services.
(THE TECH SUPPORT COMPONENT ON THE LOGIN PAGE DOES NOT SEND ANY ALERTS TO THE SCHOOL – WE SUGGEST THAT YOU DO NOT USE THIS COMPONENT!)
** If you “DISABLE” your account you will have to fill out the SPAN Repair Sheet and bring it in to Student Services. Results will be sent to your email within one week.
